Meet the Team

Born in Great Bend, KS but I have lived in Kansas City my entire life. Since 2006 I have been an Olathe home owner/investment owner. I purchased my first rental duplex at only 21 years old; living in half while leasing out the other side. Now I lease out the full duplex and reside at my single family residence. First employed by Advantage Homes in 2004 and then purchased the company in 2018.

We work with investors as well as single property owners. We make certain your properties are well maintained by the tenants and also keep structural integrity up-to-date, so when you decide to sell the property you can be sure that you will get top dollar. Working with Advantage Homes since Jan 2019 handling the day to day maintenance request at each property. Whether it be a jammed garbage disposal or leaking roof, she is the gal that will coordinate the repair work from start to finish. Janice also works with Owners looking to perform upgrades to their properties by collecting estimates. She also coordinates all move out make ready renovations.

Joining Advantage Homes in 2020 Jessa initially worked as our Marketing Coordinator but has moved into the roll as a 2nd property manager. She handles large owner accounts, that specialize in custom on-site maintenance packages. Jessa handles a lot of government housing customers and clients, while continuing to assist the current marketing coordinator.

Starting in 2021 Lewina joined our staff to assist in the marketing of available properties. She specializes in social media campaigns, personal marketing packages, as well as the move in flow into our Appfolio management system.
